Arif Sorathia
Founder and CEO
Arif grew up in his family’s primary care practice. The waiting room, the phones and the bills were dinner-table talk, and so was what it took to keep a neighborhood well.
He went on to build and sell a digital health company. Then he spent six years investing in and incubating companies working on how people get better care, how that care gets delivered more efficiently, and how it gets paid for in new ways.
Mainstay is where those threads meet: the doctor and the health plan, finally on the same side.
