Radically better healthcare, built for the DMV.
Our own doctors today, and our own health plan in 2027. One goal: you get healthier, and it costs less.
Why it matters
It costs more every year. And it’s harder to get.
For employers
+54%
What a family’s coverage costs, up from $17,545 to $26,993 in ten years.
For their people
+43%
The average deductible is now $1,886. More of every bill lands on the person getting care.
For everyone
22 days

What everyone has tried
Every fix on the table moves the cost around. None of them changes the care.
Raise the deductible.
Your people skip the MRI until it becomes the surgery. The cost comes back as a bigger claim.

Shop the carrier.
A first-year discount that fades at renewal. Same care, same prices underneath. A new logo.

Narrow the network.
Fewer doctors, more denials, and a plan your people learn not to trust.
Fewer doctors, more denials, and a plan nobody trusts.
Engineer the funding.
The money moves. The care doesn’t. The savings are gone by year two.
Every one of them borrows a year, and spends your people’s trust to pay for it.
Our view
Healthcare isn’t broken. It does exactly what it was built to do: pay for sickness, one claim at a time.
The health plan
Has every reason to keep you well.
But it doesn’t deliver the care. It can only pay for it, question it, or move the cost onto you.
The doctor
Can actually keep you well.
But every incentive points at the next visit, not at your health or the total bill.
So we’re building both.
One company that is your doctor and your health plan, with one goal. The industry calls it a payvider. We’re building it in order: the care first, with Whole Care open now, and our own plan in 2027. You can’t fix this system a piece at a time. You have to build it.
One goal
You get healthier, and it costs less.
Not by making you pay more of it. By taking better care of you.
It takes the job off you.
Find the doctor, chase the referral, decode the bill, fight the denial. Someone who knows you carries all of it now.
It stays with you.
Not one plan year at a time. Year after year, so your tenth year is worth investing in, not just this one.
Not one plan year at a time. Year after year, so your tenth year is worth investing in.
It keeps you well.
Not just fixing what broke. The whole of you: sleep, stress, food, and the thing that’s been building for years.

Why it takes both halves
Marcus hurts his knee in a weekend game.
Saturday, 4:10 pm
He texts his care team a photo and what happened.
4:25 pm
His doctor looks. It needs an MRI.
4:40 pm
It’s booked for Monday at an imaging center near his office. The card to pay for it is already in his app.
Monday, 8:30 am
He taps his card, gets the scan, and walks out. He pays nothing.
$2,000
The same knee MRI at a hospital. The default path today.

Nobody chased a referral. Nobody waited on a surprise bill. His employer didn’t pay hospital prices. That only works when the doctor and the plan are the same company.

CareersA note from our founder
I grew up in primary care. My dad was a small-practice doctor and my mom ran his office. The front desk, the phones, the bills: that was our dinner table.
Today, getting care has become a job, and paying for it has become a second one. Everyone in the system is working hard. It’s just that nobody’s job is your health.
So we’re building a system where it is. Our own doctors, our own plan, one goal. It’s slow, hard work, and it will take years. We’re built for that.
