Privacy policy

What you give us: your name, email, phone number and anything you write in a form or a message. If you join Whole Care, we also collect what we need to care for you, such as your date of birth, your insurance details and your health history.

What your browser tells us: the pages you visit, the device you use and your general location, down to the city. We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to learn which pages help people.

To answer you, to care for you if you are a member, to send the messages you ask for and to make our sites work better. We keep information only as long as we need it for those reasons, or as long as the law requires.

We share it only with companies that help us run Mainstay, such as our email and hosting services. Our contracts bind them to the same rules we follow.

We never sell your information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.

Your employer never sees your records. If your employer pays for Whole Care, they may learn how many people joined. They never learn who saw a doctor, or why.

You can ask to see what we have about you, to correct it or to delete it. You can stop our emails with the link at the bottom of any message, and stop our texts by replying STOP.

Depending on where you live, state law may give you more rights. Ask us and we will walk you through them.

If we change this policy in a way that matters to you, we will say so here and tell you by email before the change takes effect.
